Relationship Survey

The four color Relationship Survey is a stand alone product which includes one DISC assessment and one Love Language inventory. There are four specific exercises which help participants define their work preferences, communication styles, conflict issues and relational strategies. The Love Language inventory defines a participant’s preferences regarding Quality Time, Words of Affirmation, Gifts, Acts of Service and Physical Touch. An additional worksheet is included allowing the participants to define a specific action plan.

The four color Team Building Survey is a stand alone DISC assessment. There are four specific exercises which help participants define their work preferences, communication styles, conflict issues and relational strategies. This product's specific focus is on understanding an employee's contribution to the work place, how to effectively resolve conflict, create motivating environments and selecting productive team members. An additional worksheet is included allowing the participants to define a specific action plan.

Youth DISC Love Language and Learning Style Survey

The four color Youth DISC Love Language and Learning Style Survey is designed to help teenagers define their God given style and gifts, The key focus is to help the teenager communicate how a parent or teacher can best train and teach them in ways they best learn. The survey includes a DISC profile, a love language test and a specific learning style preference. It also includes a worksheet that communicates to the parent or teacher who the teenager is and how to best build a mentoring/ instructing relationship. The Love Language test is taken from Gary Chapman's, The Five Love Languages of Teenagers, and is reprinted under license from Moody Publishing.

Children’s DISC Survey

The four color Children's DISC/Learning Style Survey is designed to help students in grades 3 to 6 define their God-given behavior and learning styles. The behavior assessment phase is designed around eight picture choices involving school activities, rules, study styles, success, strengths, fears, pace and play. A profile is then associated with four animal figures: Lion, Otter, Golden Retriever and Beaver and four colors: Red, Green, Blue and Yellow. A Learning Style similar to the Youth Survey is also included along with a worksheet defining "Who I am and How I learn."
