Problem with cookies?

If you are unable to access the DISC Online! due to cookies not being enabled in Internet Explorer, here is a way to correct this problem:

For Internet Explorer 6.0
For Internet Explorer 7.0

Internet Explorer 6.0

  1. Down on your task bar, by the clock, you should see something similar to this:

    The red circle with the dash through it is what you should be seeing if there is a problem. This simply lets you know that cookies from this site are being blocked.

  2. To turn on cookies for this site and this site only, double-click on this red icon.

    You should then see something similar to the image below, although this is for a different web site.

    Right click on each item and choose Always Accept cookies from this site.

  3. Now, click on close.
     
  4. Now, refresh you browser window by hitting the F5 key or by clicking on the refresh button. refresh
  5. Back to DISC Online!
